  Everything. Ricardo, the manager, and Marco, the chef, were fantastic. They were extremely hospitable, the breakfasts had a great variety of fruit, cereal, yogurt and delicious espresso or cappuccino coffee. The location was wonderful for exploring Volterra and other surrounding Tuscan Hill Towns. If we return to Tuscany in the future, this is definitely where we'll stay! - The owner Riccardo was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the dinner and breakfast were very tasty. The hotel is easy to reach by bus from Volterra. Saline is a fairly modern town, but, it is a great gateway to historical and natural sites nearby such as Volterra, Montecatini, and the beaches of Cecina.
