  The owner was very helpful answering all my questions before we arrived and while we were there. We really appreciated him storing some luggage while we went to Venice for a few days. The location is great by the train station and still a convenient walk to the Duomo. The bed was firm, which I like, and room very clean. It had a working elevator and wifi. - Me, my two sons, 20 and 16, and a couple, friend of ours, with their daughter, greatly enjoyed our stay at the Florence Room B&B. 3 minute walk from train station but very calm and quiet. Very kind and helpful staff, specialy Boris who made us feel very welcome! We had clean and comfortable rooms with easy internet access. Very good value for the money and we surely would stay there once again.

  For my family and I the place was perfect, just what we wanted to relax and enjoy the "real Tascany". The staff and management couldn't be more helpful and very friendly. This is a great location near some enchanting villages. Our host was helpful and engaging, the room was nice and clean with a separate kitchen so gave quite a sense of space. We had a little bother with the washing machine, but the fact that we could wash some clothes was a surprising bonus!
