  Lisa was amazing. We did not arrive until late in the evening, but she was waiting for us when we arrived. We got right in to our studio. She helped us out with how to get around Montalcino, where to eat, etc. Free wi-fi was great. The property is very beautiful and serene and unexpected in the historical city of Montalcino. The room or rather apartment we had was very thoughtfully equipped with food to start off our trip. Bed was very comfortabel and large.The bathroom was quite nice with a full size soaking tub and a full sized shower. We had access to the washer on premises for a fee.
