  We spent 3 weeks in Sicily, and stayed in 7 different accommodations. B&B Di Charme Alhambre was easily our best experience. Great value for money, extremely helpful and gracious hosts, very handy location with on site secure parking, Internet that actually worked, and a great breakfast to boot. When we thought we would have to leave very early they said they would arrange to leave a picnic breakfast for us. - The owner picked us up from the bus, offered us juice and water as soon as we got there, and gave us excellent directions around the city.   We had arrived about 8 p.m and Barbara after check-in gave us a map with recommended restaurants, ice cream, pizzeria. She also highlighted monuments which we should see. In case of B&B, this place is well mantained, rooms are spacious with balconies, furnishings are quite new. We had tradicional italian breakfa - This B&B is part of an apartment. But once the door is opened, it's quite a big place. It was really quiet in there and it was most importantly clean. I was travelling alone, and the room I was offered was big, and i got a double bed. I also had a big flatscreen tv in there, so that helped me too!. There are two washrooms and they are outside your room in the hallway of that B&B apartment unit, and both have showers. The washrooms are kept clean and I never ever had a problem with them.
