  We travelled to Arbatax at the end of the season so the hotel was very quiet. Having said that there were no compromises on the services we were offered and the room we stayed in was fantastic. - Staff really helpful. Took me by car to the boat trip. Would have liked to stay 3 nights.

  Great location! Very nice owners and the room was lovely and comfortable. It is on a quiet little pedestrian street with very cool graffiti. You wouldn't know it was a B&B but when you open the door it's this little haven. It is just off of a main road and park area with secure and cheap parking so very convenient if you have a car (still qu... 别人怎么说 » iet though). It was also very short walking distance to the best city center attractions, the Bastion St Remy, shopping, restaurants, marina area. T - Very good location if you want to sightsee the old town its, just few minutes from the main gate. If you have huge luggage you should know that it's some distance from the train/bus station and it's in fact on the hill. The owner was very helpful despite he don't speak english at all.   My girlfriend and I spent several days staying here in September 2013. As many others have said, Alessandro and Monica are wonderfully hospitable and helpful. To put this into context, down the years I have travelled to well over 100 countries, staying in all manner of accommodation from 5* hotels to backpacker hostels. We were supposed to be self-catering but Monica brought us de - Il Sogno is in a stunning location, very peaceful, with lovely accommodation and a beautiful pool area. Alessandro is a mine of information and will advise on the best beaches and places to eat - and his wife will bake you the most beautiful cake and bread! Wonderful hosts and wonderful location, what more could you ask for!! I would recommend to anybody looking for a beautiful retreat in the countryside with a quick car journey into Alghero town.
