  The hotel is easy to find, located near the (stony) beach in the quite countryside. We did not swim in the beach so I cannot comment on it. The hotel staff spoke English. Also, they gave us the discount to use at the nearby La Baia restaurant-pizzeria. The restaurant is famous by locals so it can be crowded (there was even whole fa - The room is nice with the bed located in the mezzanine while having the sitting area and bathroom below, a different experience indeed. The location is great with the beach and restaurants within 5 minutes' walk away. Lucitta is a highly recommended restaurant if you are into gourmet tasting menu. If you drive, you can get into the center of Arbatax also in few minutes from the hotel. The staff at the hotel is very helpful in providing information about different available tours and suggestions

  The hotel is absolutely wonderful. Beginning from the first moment when I was welcomed in and offered all necessary information and given my wonderful room. They even sent an email in advance of my travel to give me very precise directions to the Hotel.   Very modern and clean - the rooms are recently renovated. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom was perfect. The place is located close to the city centre. Supermarket and cafes are within a few minutes walk. It is about 10-15 mins walking from the bus/train station. Also a computer for the common use is available as well as some vending machines. Breakfast is typical I - Very well centrally located, very friendly reception of one of the owners, very clean well designed rooms, sufficient Italian breakfast in a nearby café. Lewis rooms is the only place I could find where you can stay in the centre of Cagliari and also park your car nearby in a private (safe) car park for only 8 Euro per day, a price which is for a few hours in many European cities. We thought it was rather easy to find. All the way straight on to a roundabout and then you're almost there!
