  The location was excellent, the room very big and the put us an extra bed for our baby, every day some one came and clean, as I say the location is perfect and we found a nice family restaurant in the same street No 37, with a good food and very cheap for the prices in Caglairi. Vittorio and Chen the owners were fant - Marvelous location in the heart of Cagliari, near the main street (Via Roma) in charming Marina district. The bus stop to poetto beach is in a few steps from hotel, plenty of restaurants around (L'oca bianca with it's incredible pizza :) Very friendly and kind owners - Vittorio and Chen.

  The service was perfect! It was our first night in Sardinia, but we couldn't expect, people can be so kind and careful.   the b&b is totally new, very nice, tastefull furniture, the best bathroom in whole sardinia, very nice staff - helpfull, friendly, happy. Although they are still finishing some work in the B&B and expanding to have more rooms, it did not affect our staying there.   Although it's all clearly out of season and were the only ones there on one night we were able to check in before the official 13.30 opening time so able to leave our luggage and go out again. We were the only people by the hot tub in the grounds most of the time so felt like a private garden (but with to-the-sun-lounger bar service) lovely staff, very close to the great restaurants in the old town - 5 mins walk along the pretty sea front. There is parking as well that isn't made obvious when booking. - Villa Mosca is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms. We stayed in the Comfort room in the attic as this was the only room available and it was perfect for us. The decor is simplistic and luxurious and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The best point is it is in a great location right by the sea and walking distance to the town and restaurants and bars.
