  Whilst we didnt use the pool the scenery and decor overall standard was fantastic and very convenient as a base to explore Florence. Would definitely recommend for other persons. - The ability to be worry free

  The Hotel is very nice. Although it is placed outside historical center, it is very suitable for those who travel by car. The Hotel is new, the rooms are well-designed and very clean. In the room you can find robes and sleepers, bath cosmetics, razor and toothbrush. The TV works good, about 20 channels on different languages (english, italian, fren... 别人怎么说 » ch, russian..). Mini bar is for free!!! - We liked the location, the decoration of the room, the amenities, the comfort of the room, the lobby, and the meals. Most staff were friendly, extremely helpful, personable, and courteous

  The host was extremely friendly and provide excellent guide to tips onviewing Florence and navigating around the town. He was also helpful andready to answer our queries and assist us. The location is alittle farfrom the town centre as but located near the bus stop. - The room was one of the better sized and appointed rooms we've had in Italy.   reception staff was incredibly helpful with directions, recommendations and arranging reservations at sites. - staff greetings , very clean rooms,and perfect service - everything, even they offered the mini bar to be free.

  Excellent! Very friendly and professional staff. My room was exactly what I required for this trip - private, modern minimalist, stylish, comfortable accommodation. The location, for me, was good too - about 10 mins by bus/20 mins on foot to the centre. - Very nice room! Service and personnell was great.
