  We've stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have to say that this was one of our favorites. The price can't be beat for such a wonderful stay! There were bathrobes and slippers for each guest, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were fabulous, especially the shower. The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful. They even brought out hot chocolate f - The customer service is one of the best I've seen in many years. We were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if we wanted to have dinner upon our arrival. The hotel and the room is very modern decorated and spacious, suited me well. The view is 10/10, just on the banks of the river.   Very good location for Garda area as well as for Verona and even Venice visits. Anna and Stephan are totally devoted for the guests and would go all the way to help.   We have spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding Garda lake. Everything was fine, the breathless view, the modern large rooms, confortable and well equipped, the SPA, a jewel integraded in a low impact structure, with two fantastic pools (one warm for winter time) and five different saunas... 别人怎么说 » . - The moment we arrived we were made feel very welcome. Staff super friendly. The location and the views of the place are stunning. The hotels has great facilities, spa, pools etc... Room very spacious and clean. The best breakfast buffet we've ever had in a resort. We will be back for a long weekend!
