  Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help.   Very good location for Garda area as well as for Verona and even Venice visits. Anna and Stephan are totally devoted for the guests and would go all the way to help. Room was spacious and equipped with a kitchennette. Breakfast is great. Free Wi-Fi makes things even better. - We liked everything about the place except for location.

  First of all we like the beautiful view of Nembro and Bergamo city. The hotel's location is perfect and the building is excellent.
