  We have spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding Garda lake.   The Hotel is wonderful! We stayed there several years ago and it has been updated and managed not to lose the personal touches that made us return. Dining is special and the patron makes sure he takes each order from each table. His daughter is friendly helpful and always sorts out issues instantly.   I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.
