  We were very pleased with the quality of the hotel. The room and bed were very comfortable and the balcony and lake view was an added bonus.   I find the hotel with luck. Our booking had cancelled with 4 star hotel and went to this hotel at 9pm. Hotel is new, rooms are very clean and tidy. Bed to shower everything is comfortable. Its like 5 star hotel. Breakfast was very good and open buffet. Checkout is 12pm and nobody is pushing you to leave. The room was comfortable for a family of 4 and the bathroom was almost lavish compared to everything surrounding it. The hotel served a breakfast of both hot and cold items.   I stayed for two nights at this hotel as I was attending a concert at the Forum which is just walking distance from the hotel so first of all the location for my purpose of stay was excellent. The reception was very welcoming and staff very helpful. The location from the Metro is a five minute walk. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of hot and cold food and beverages. I feel I must mention the shower, very spacious and powerful unlike some other hotels when you have to stand/crouch in a bath and try and wash yourself under a dribble of water.
