  We stayed at this hotel twice in july 2013. For us it was an ideal location on our way to a camping in Toscana, and also for the return trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful.   the management were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was immaculatley clean and Fortunatley they spoke excellent English as my Italian is not very good.
