She went out of her way to make our stay very pleasant including arranging airport transfers and help with museum reservations. The

  It surpassed our expectations - very quiet and nicely appointed rooms. It was so convenient to everything, but yet it didn't feel like we were in the middle of crowded and noisy streets.
