I booked a single room, but there was none available, so they upgraded me for the same price which was already very modest, that was really nice!   very helpful and nice sfaff, comfortable apartments, perfect location - close to Termini, but no noise at all, services are good, breakfast tasty and full. Generally comparing to the other hotels where I've been - one of the best for quality/price. The hotel is quite abit out of Rome, but there is a shuttle bus at specific times during theday direct from the hotel to Central Station.
