Well decorated spacious room and homely atmosphere. - Good cheap place to stay that is close to Ciampino airport. Very helpful staff even though not much English spoken.

  The location is very good. It’ really close to the Termini train station. You can walk to the bus or metro station in 3 min. There is a big supermarket inside the station and so many small restaurant or snack bar nearby. The owner and the staff are really friendly and helpful.   The location of the suites was incredibly close to the Basilica, which is where we wanted to be. The design of the suite was extremely well thought out and provided a little bit of romantic luxury to our stay. Breakfast was also included which we hadn't expected so that was a nice surprise. Beautiful stay in a perfect place. - Very nice mini-hotel where history meets a high level of comfort. It's built in an old castle wall in super location, Vatican city is 100 meters down the street.
