I booked a single room, but there was none available, so they upgraded me for the same price which was already very modest, that was really nice!   very helpful and nice sfaff, comfortable apartments, perfect location - close to Termini, but no noise at all, services are good, breakfast tasty and full. Generally comparing to the other hotels where I've been - one of the best for quality/price. I was surprised I did not except the nice breakfast nor a decent size room . Most hotel rooms in rome are tiny . there is usally one foot between the wall and the bed. . This had two feet.   Only about 45 minutes from Rome this hotel is an excellent escape into the countryside. It is somewhat remote but in a beautiful relaxing atmosphere with lovely rooms and an excellent restaurant.   The room was clean and the staff were nice. Location is very good - being close to Termini, you have access to the metro and buses that will get you anywhere in Rome. - Location is the first thing to have in mind, just accross termini station... Ms. Conccetta was an excelent and kind host.

  I really liked everything about the hotel. The only thing which may be an obstacle for some people - location "hign in the mountain". But 1st of all, it is not very high and secondly for me it was the best option - to eat a lot (which is inevitable in Italy) without being afraid of putting on weight.
