The staff was absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and very friendly. We stayed in room number 3, which was actually more like having your own cottage than your common hotel room. No tv or phone in the rooms which shouldnt be a problem for anyone because You are in Florence ! Get out and walk around. We arrived at the train station and took a cab to our room(€25).
