  we loved the room/apartment with its great decor and feel. The staff were friendly and efficient and the location was just right for what we wanted. Very quiet but within walking distance of amenities and god bus routes for the island.

  An absolutely wonderful residence with the most fantastic family owners. They were so helpful with everything, and couldn't of done more to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The grounds are kept immaculate and a bonus, the pool was open, the views across the island are simply breathtaking. The apartments are efficiently designed and comfortable, with sea views, and close enough to walk to town. A lovely place to stay, and we would definitely stay there again.

So overall we had some heartwarmi - We stayed at four different hotels in Italy and Agriturismo Il Termine was by far the best hotel. Very nice staff, you feel as you are part of the family. The hotel also had fantastic food!!! The best food on Elba including the breakfast. It is a small and cosy hotel so if you want to relax and enjoy nature this is the place to visit. We only regret that we could not stay longer!
