Very responsive staff. We had a problem with the bathroom on our last night. It was pretty late. Nevertheless, the staff came immediately to assist and even allowed us to us the facilities in the adjacent room seeing that we were checking out early the next morning.

From booking this B+B we were in constant contact with the staff ref arrival time etc. The closeness to the train station made finding the apartment very easy. After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, which deserves all the best rating it has. I would say it is rather 3 star hotel than B&B.
