  We found the Hotel Pellegrino quite lovely, and the Rispoli family lived up to their friendly reputation, showing great pride and sincere warmth.   I first visited Positano 2 years ago. The location of the Savoia is perfect. The family that runs the hotel, and in particular Claudia, are wonderful and very knowledgeable. One truly gets a feel for the region when staying at the Savoia. The breakfast is plentiful and the variety is excellent. This will be my hotel of choice - The hotel was nicely located and easy to get to by cab. You were able to get dropped off right in front of the hotel by car. If you come by boat, you would need to take the steep walk up to the hotel, though porters are readily available to take your luggage. The staff was very helpful and even called our next hotel for us to ask a few questions. The room was clean and nicely decorated and we had a partial view of the water.   We were 2 couples travelling and just loved our stay at Hotel Pupetto. All the staff were extremely friendly particularly 'Mino' and made our stay very enjoyable. Great food at the restaurant.   My mother and I were traveling in the south of Italy for 9 days and the 3 nights spent at this amassing hotel were the most memorable. Words would not be sufficient to describe the spectacular location and the warm hospitality that we have received.   The family that ran the hotel were really friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We actually thought it was bette - Family-run hotel, with very friendly and attentive service. Well located in Praiano, which was a good choice of stay for visiting the whole Amalfi Coast. Parking is available, which is crucial here. Breakfast with good variety and tasty, on the terrace with lovely views.
