  Lovely view from our room, room was comfortable and of good quality. Family who have run the hotel for many years are friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was good, food delicious, but a bit expensive. Breakfast was excellent. - Excelent place to stay , very good restaurant. The very friendly and helpfull staff makes this hotel a great experience.

  I thought the staff were really good, when one of the porters made a mistake with my bill they corrected it. They could easily have not told me I had been overcharged. Also they lent me their personal UK - Italy adapter!! - very friendly welcome. We were riding a tandem and they immediately assigned an underground parking space to us.   The accommodations were lovely with a view of the lake. Wonderful dining room and great menu. This really is a beautiful place! The staff was helpful.
