Amazing views, courteous and informed staff (Katia). Location was perfect as only a 5 min walk down to the beach along a little road and winding steps. Nothing was very far away and having reviewed other places it was nice not to be right in the very centre near the beach as that was probably super noisy and more cramped. I also think that when you're in Positano you want a view out and across it all, which we had. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Advising on places to go and suggestions on w.
所有评语 » Room is light and bright with high ceiling, amazing terrace and view. This is actually the place where you would like to spend time . Maid will bring breakfast to your room and serve it on the terrace. Having breakfast outside , on your private terrace with amazing views is the best part of the stay. If you arrive by car staff will call nearest garage and they will take your car there ( 20 euros daily). They will bring your car back after check out. Everything was perfect. The spacious room with its lovely design, cosy bathroom, huge terrace, awesome view. The atmosphere is beyond any words, and the owners such a lovely people, verrry sincere, attentive and kind. Thank you for arranging Mimosa bouquet for my mum, that was amazing. And yes, the breakfasts were really good, will remember this huge tray served for us by wonderful lady every morning. I was in the second floor room. Nice view. The breakfast was really good. They prepared what I checked on the food list and served an abundant meal. The air-conditioner worked well. The staff was really kind and explained about the amenities (comfort) long time and recommended restaurant. The room was clean and be in good shape. I want to stay there again. We absolutely loved this place. The location was perfect - a short walk from the bus stop and a lovely walk through the town to the beach. Katia, the manager was fantasatic helping us plan our day trips to Pompei and Capri and dinners. The room was spacious and cleaned daily by friendly maids. The breakfast delivered to our verandah each morning was delicious!. We enjoyed our three nights at Alcione,easy walk to beach and little shopping streets. Very friendly reception and helped us with all enquiries, including getting taxi to top of hill to get bus. Breakfast on balcony was splendid. Clean, pretty and relaxing. Recommend Bruno's restaurant just up the hill. We had a suite of rooms, and a terrace overlooking the beach and ferry. Close to shopping, restaurants. The staff met our every need, room service for breakfast..had a fridge, stove, dishes..a kitchenette! Clean,and comfortable, with all amenities, in a country type home!. The view!! You'd better see it. Breakfast is served inside the room on a balcony) it may be not very diverse, but when you have it with this spectacular view, you will remember it for a long time) It is the best place from our 2 week trip. Highly recommend it!. Assuming you have a room on the top floor, this place is absolutely fabulous. Yes, there are the stairs...but the climb is more than worth it. The suites are enormous, their balconies are perfectly situated, and Katia is an available and charming innkeeper. The Alcione Residence is simply amazing. Beautiful view from the terrace, impecably clean, warm and welcoming staff and overal, a truly wonderful place to stay! We definitely plan to come back to Positano and plan on staying at the Alcione Residence!. Everything was first class. The staff, particularly Katja, bent over backwards to assist us with reservations and local knowledge. The continental breakfast was bountiful. The view was breathtaking. The upper floor suite was important for the view. Loved the friendly, helpful staff, great views from the balcony, breakfast delivered to the room and the convenient location. Driving into Positano is an experience itself and there are a few large car parks available @ 20 euros per day. Brilliant location - it would be very difficult to find a better location in Positano. Secluded breakfast on the Terrace Friendly - easy to deal with Comfortable Own kitchenette (with very underpowered hotplate!). Great location beautiful view nice balcony over-looking the coast. Descent breakfast European style. Air Conditioning big plus! Staff very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Great location - walking distance to bus stop and ferry. The rooms are large and airy. The air conditioning is excellent and keeps the room cool which is essential in summer. The view and position. The staff went out of their way to assist. The space in the apartment was massive compared to European standards. Breakfast on your private balcony. Catya was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist with anything we asked. Bed was slightly hard, but that's just my personal opinion and certainly didn't stop me sleeping! Sometimes it was noisy outside but for a short period of time and usually an occasional scooter passing and the odd waft of an Italian conversation which was nice to hear as I speak none but love to hear them talk!. Free part of the breakfast is limited . If you'd like to have cheese, yogurt and meats they will charge you. My phone is I-phone5. But the wifi wasn't working in the room. Only worked well in the Balcony;;; But my friend's mobile wifi was worked well in the room. (she has a android phone). There was nothing that we didn't like. We would recommend Alcione Residence to anyone travelling to Positano. Nothing. Stairs..70 up to the room! Although it was worth it, for the view, after walking uphill to the hotel, the stairs are difficult! They have lower rooms, and there aren't elevators in too many places!. That we couldn't stay more. Not a thing!. Very flaky WiFi Very comfortable but not deluxe - rather deluxe prices though. The breakfast was the same every day. The bed mattress was not very comfortable. No lift - using 3 steep flights of stairs to get to the apartment particularly after walking up the hill from the Main Street. However all part of staying in Positano. Bed a little short but not a problem. nothing at all. Nothing. Could do with a re-furb or maybe I just don't like the tiles. A minor issue, but we were surprised to be charged for bottled water, considering the room price. (Bottled water was free everywhere else we stayed in Europe.). The ONLY thing we did not like too much were the firm beds. Only the weather during our stay. Nothing. Breakfast is very restricted and you need to pay extra for some itens. no elevator no restaurant or spa on site. rooms are a bit eary. To expensive for what it is ! Not worth it. Bedroom was dark and very expensive price for that kind of room.
