Alessandro was wonderful --knowledgeable, helpful, friendly--everything you could ask for in a host. The fact that he's half English, so there was no language barrier, didn't hurt. The location was excellent. We loved Pompeii. We went for the ruins but ended up unexpectedly loving the low key family atmosphere of the town. Clean comfortable room, felt very secure in an unfamiliar city. Excellent staff at the main hotel gave great suggestions & directions for local sites. Good breakfast, included in the price, made for a nice start of the day. Within walking distance to area attractions.
所有评语 » Absolutely fantastic location. Right in the centre of Pompei. Free parking off the street was a godsend. Breakfast was great. Free WiFi in room. Wished we weren't passing through as it would be great to spend more than a night here. Great Gelato shop across the street too. Very friendly English/Italian speaking staff and secure parking in the garden. Location was close to everything we wanted in Pompei. Close to station for trains from Naples to Sorrento! Did not need to use our car during our stay. The staff was the best. One of the friendliest and nicest hotel people Ive meet. Especial thanks to Jamila and of course to Alessandro for your great hospitality. Great honest hard working people. Very helpful and friendly staff! Made you feel at home straight away. Free parking in the courtyard, nice secluded garden and very close to the second and less busy entrance of Pompei. The staff really care about their guests and excellent customer service is their main priority. The close proximity to the ruins is a real bonus. We had a superb break here. Spacious, comfortable and clean accommodation. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Very close to town centre, Pompei Ruins and Mount Vesuvious. Parking at Hotel. room was sparkling clean and spacious, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, very friendly staff. Excellent value for money. The staff were extremely helpful.The accomodation was clean and well presented. Fantastic, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff in family run hotel. Near to train station. Big comfortable room. Staff is so friendly and so nice. wonderfully run buisness. Very helpful staff, lovely decorated large room. I would have preferred to stay in the hotel proper, with its welcome garden oasis. My gold chain was ripped off my neck right outside the train station at Napoli, but it was stupid of me to wear something like that there. But Pompeii felt totally safe. No complaints, enjoyed our stay. Nothing to not like. The front door banging all hours and upstairs residents making noise at night. Hotel is much quieter. Wifi did not work in room. That it was too short & that we stayed in the Inn instead of the main building. Nothing!. we could use a table in the room. The room we were in (room 8) was too close to the road and since we like to sleep with a window open it was quite noisy. Nothing. A little bit too far to main gate of Pompeii ruins. Bed was very uncomfortable. Apartments are a good walk from the main hotel for breakfast.
