  We had a lovely stay the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect with a great view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa from our room. We took our 3 year old child who had her own room and loved sleeping in the bunk bed.   Giulia the lady that owns the place was very friendly and welcoming and provided some good walking tours to do which was good as once you have seen the tower you're not sure what to do next. The B&B was located just 10 minutes walk from the tower, 15-20 minutes walk from the station, and 35-40 minutes walk from the airport. Bathroom was very clean and right next door to my room. - Tower Gardens is very well situated on a direct bus line to both the airport and train station in Pisa, it is also walking distance into the city centre. We have stayed here now for 2 years in a row and love the informal atmosphere of the residence and the great welcome you get from Giulia. The residence is clean and spacious and it is great to find a reasonably priced family room so close to the centre of Pisa.

  We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 4 nights and it made our vacation to Italy very easy. Location is amazing. It is right outside the leaning tower and across the street to a bus stop for the city. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families. They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

  My wife and I had a great time in this B&B. Location is great : you walk 20m and around the corner is this big fellow. The leaning tower of Pisa. Rooms and service are very good. The restaurant Il Toscano is "star-quality". Try the carpacio and the tagliata (with rosemary and salt). It's delicious. The rooms arnt amazing but then you get what u pay for. Brilliant for a quick stay in Pisa, the rooms were comfy - When I booked the hotel, I did not realised that there was not 24 hours reception service, but the member off staff was happy to wait for me until midnight, which was a massive help. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean, very good value for money. I also had breakfast included, which was fantastic and a very good start of the day. I was allowed to leave my luggage and collect it later. My overall experience with this hotel was very good. Thank you for a nice stay.

It is located not even ten minutes walking from the station. It takes however more than 20 minutes to get to the Leaning Tower. The b&b is beautifully designed, with cute furniture and you can feel the great attention to detail. We stayed in Paris room which had a private external bathroom across the corridor but that was not a big problem.
