  The hotel is a rustic big country house with a really nice atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and even helped us arrange privat transportation to the restaurant since there are no taxi's in the area.   This is my third stay. It was wonderful, romantic and very scenic. I loved our little apartment in the farmhouse Casolese and didn't mind the 10 minute walk to the villa. The staff were efficient but a little unforgiving when we were late to check in. Sometimes in cannot be helped if the traffic is bad. I have been in lov - We stayed at the Villa to celebrate my wife's birthday. Prior to the visit I called the Villa and explained our celebration and requested the best room available for the rate paid. To their great credit we found ourselves upgraded to a beautiful suite with a complimentary bottle of chianti classico and a happy birthday note. However it was late November and there was only one other couple staying. Beautiful and authentic Tuscan Villa and if you are a fan of the 1993 film "Much Ado About Nothing

  The innkeepers were outstanding! They were very organized , very helpful with our travel planning and directions every day . We stayed a week and they really made our stay memorable . Their dog Tako was super friendly just like the manager/innkeepers ( Paolo & Angelica ) when we didn't have the correct converters for our electronics Paolo had ... 别人怎么说 » extras and came to our rescue , when I couldn't get sound on my IPad to Skype with my daughter in the U.S.A. Again Paolo came to my assistance . He se - Il Caesllo is the perfect Italian getaway! Paolo and Angelica were fabulous hosts - they were very sweet, kind and helpful, and both spoke excellent English. Il Casello is absolutely gorgeous! Our room and bathroom were lovely and spacious, with breathtaking views of Chianti. The bed was very comfortable and the room was air conditioned, but the windows also opened for cool morning and evening breezes. There was a charming communal sitting room for reading by the fireplace. Plenty of tables
