There is a dry cleaners ask the hotel for directions. The city of Naples looks very dirty but the people outside the hotel staff are the friendliness people in all of Italy.   The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.
