Domus Demi is a small hotel with a really good location - it's actually in the historical center-center of Napoli. The hotel is not so far from the train station and from the Alibus station (which goes to the airport) - 15 min walking. Also one of the biggest shopping street is near - 10 -15 min walking. Our room was near reception and it was big and clean. Actually I expected the tiny room with a really noisy street - but I was nicely surprised - our room was big and with plastic windows, so .
所有评语 » Very clean and exceptionally friendly little B and B in a great area. Seemed a little bit difficult to get to but was central to everything. Pasquale, the owner, was very helpful (only speaks Italian) and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location! Pasquale was very helpful with places to see and things to do. Restaurant recommendation for great vegan/vegetarian/organic food is Amico Bio at Piazza Bellini. Great staff, food and wine!. The host, Pasquale, was great. The room was exactly as described, quite comfortable. The location is great, steps from all of the main sights in Napoli. Pasquale was very hospitable. The location was ideal to get to in the historic centre. Room was clean and comfortable. We felt safe. A lovely little B&B situated right in the heart of Naples. Great views into the square. Spacious. Proximity to excellent pizza. All I can say is excellent excellent place and service? Do not let the first appearance of thr front door bother you. Very friendly host and charming place. Small Bed and Breakfast in the heart of the old town. Perfect location, very friendly and helpfull stuff. Good location and breakfast at the bar across the street. Friendly staff, cheap. It's quite difficult to climb to the 3th floor - the steps are high and there is no elevator. But if you are planning to came to this hotel without old people or people who have problems with legs - it's ok. Actually I think it is good when you have to make some exercise after pizza, ice-cream & spagetti... Or you will have a risk to bring some additional kg after all your delicious suppers and dinners in Napoli :). Nothing. It was perfect. The stairs! There were 4 flights of stairs that was required to get to the room. It was okay for us but for people with children or with luggage, it may be a bit challenging. The towels were tattered and the decorations were from a 1973 motel 6. Yikes. Also a walk up on the 3rd floor (us 4th floor). bad location and service, very noisy.
