  * Very friendly staff * Hard mattresses - Not a lot, basic hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were fresh pastries at breakfast. Hotel was totally over prices for GP which is to be expected, they did offer a shuttle at €20 each, which was expensive. We did not go into Muggio, instead opted for Monza

I had a "Ladies Room" which made me chuckle. FYI, grammatically, it should be "Lady's Room" and, by the way, I'm male. The hotel itself is situated next door to an indoor shopping centre that has everything you might need. The trip into milan from the hotel was a little difficult and time consuming but worthwhile - bus to a train to the tubes then you arrive in the centre!
