  The location by the lake offered great views and a dramatic sunset at dinner. We found the staff attentive, capable and warm. There was space - both in the rooms and the rest of the hotel - to relax, enjoy the birds and quietly read.   We had some problems while here....parking ticket, lost camera,etc....the staff was excellent in helping us. The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was ample.   A wonderful experience ! The location offers a breathtaking view over the Bolsena lake, and the swimming pool is right on it ! The owner (do stop for a chat with Danielle and her husband) is a wonderful guest, with a lot of stories to tell and a marvelous sense of welcome. It is only 1,5 hr from Roma and you can enjoy both the medieval surroundings, the lake with crystal clear water and boating fa - The apartments are very new, nice decorated and very well equipped. Lake views from the windows are fantastic. The place is very quiet, romantic. (Be careful not to miss your turn in the road). Montefiascone with restaurants and supermarkets are 4-5 minutes drive away. We met a very warm welcome! It was our best accommodation from the entire trip!

  It is a good place to stay in Montefiascone, right in the city centre. My room had a view upon the lake.
