The situation of the hotel was excellent. A small ten minute walk intothe beautiful centre. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.The hotel has a very Tuscan feel to it. A relaxing environment. A superholiday and will definitely recommend this hotel to all. Hotel is excellently positioned in beautiful surroundings. The staffwere outstanding; the room small but comfortable. The breakfastwas goodvalue for money. A very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful surroundings, a lot of green and various flowers. Singing birds all day long! Nice view to the Toscana nature (even from bathroom window). Nice terrace with wonderful view. Comfortable room, pleasant and helpful staff. Large free parking. 20 min by foot to the railroad and bus station from which one can easy get to Florence, Pisa or Viareggio (about 1 hour).everything! really nice Villa, the manager was excellent!. the peace and tranquitlity, the gardens, the view and the villa/inn feeling of family and compfort. Room lacked character. They charged 8 euro for using an internet for half an hour.I think that it should be part of their service and that the charge was very high.- The room was too noise. One could hear everything from the next room. certain noise, during the night, perhaps the airco?. The beds!! The mattresses were "exceptionally" hard. Probably could havehad a better night's sleep lying on the street. Almost checked outbecause of it. However, our room was changed and the mattress improvedslightly. The hotel could improve in room ammenties such as mattresspads, thicker towels, crisp sheets and nice blankets. The room are noisy, because of the thin walls. The breakfast selection was doll, the same food everyday...
