  An excellent location for our first visit to Modena. We were travelling by car and found the hotel easily with our satnav and the staff had kindly left the (pre-booked) garage open for our arrival.   The room was large and comfortable. The owners were very nice. Unfortunately, they didn't speak much English and our Italian was poor although their son was quite good and very helpful. Most Italians are anti-air conditioning but it was 100 degrees the day we were there and the first thing I did was turn that cool air on.
