Paola was a generous hostess who provided not only an excellent bed and breakfast, but wonderful dinner recommendations and personal travel help and advice. The accommodation was close to numerous public transport options, spotless and comfortable but the highlight of our visit was Paola herself who couldn't do enough to help us enjoy Milan.   Hotel Five was a great find. The hotel staff from the receptionist, cleaners to the lady who serves breakfast were exceptionally kind and friendly.
