  staff was cordial and helpful especially Carlos, Benjamin and Javier. I forgot to ask the lady's name and two other guys. The room was kept clean. Price is resasonable for the excellent location & Clean condition.

  Everything was perfect! Really kind, friendly, helpful stuff. Nice comfortable room with everything what a tourist need.   Location to Loreto Metro was great - it's also near Central station but it's only two stops on the metro, so we didn't walk. Loreto has two metro lines so it's easy to get around Milan. Staff were really nice, breakfast was good, with cereal as well as sweets on offer. Our room was spacious and shower was good. They served us breakfast before time, since we had to leave early, on more than one occasion. The room and bathroom had all the basic necessities and toiletries needed for a good, budget-friendly stay for a few days.   Just one block from Milan Central station where metro, intercity trains and airport shuttles are. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Breakfast are great too. - Much better than you would expect for the price, and a good breakfast thrown in. A good place to stay if you needing o be near the station and airport buses.
