  The convenience of being off the island of Venice, yet being able to reach it so easily. We were even able to store our luggage the following day so that we could visit Venice prior to boarding the cruise line.. - very clean, the sheets was changed everyday, We have stayed in other top hotels, and this is one of the cleanest ones yet.   location was very nice, better than what we saw other in Mestre - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a very quiet area. The rooms were serviced well and regularly and breakfast was very good, varied and plentiful.
