Perfect - - Good place to stay for visit Venice (the train station is 3km, free parking is 5min walking from station - the owner advices you where to park) - nice staff (the lady and her mother) - new spacious rooms - breakfast was good (small problem with refilling, but we were almost alone in the hotel) - nice rabbits in the garden (really domestic rabbits :)

  The whole experience was wonderful. The hotel staff went overboard to make sure that we were comfortable. Their shuttle to downtown Venice and the airport was always right on time. I was off the autostrada. Very close to McDonald's, the Marcon mall, etc. Venezia isn't far from the hotel, nor is the airport either. The staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay. The wellness center was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel.

  This was an excellent hotel. Room was large, bathroom terrific, staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff's knowledge of multiple languages was a real plus for those who speak Russian, or English or Italian - The people in the hotel are really nice to us and the hotel is really clean and tidy.

They gave us even coffe and juce at 5:30 in the moning. But if you don't have a car it would be a problem with transportation ( except taxi).
