  We were met at the door by a member of staff who was extremely friendly and helpful with good information about Lucca. Later we had an issue with a door handle which was dealt with promptly.   Nice, clean, great staff and the free bikes were a big positive allowing us to ride to and around the walls and town of Lucca very easily. - Room beautifully designed and breakfast was great. Loved that we had the use of bikes for Lucca which is very bike friendly.
