Everything about it! The location is beautiful, the restaurant food is
excellent, and the service is outstanding! We had a minor problem in our
bathroom and brought it to the staff's attention in the morning as
we were leaving for our day's outing. When we returned everything
was taken care of. Absolutely great service and value for your money.

The staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent. We had a 6 year old with us and the walk into Lucca city walls was managable. The bike hire arrangement was great and very resonably priced. The swimming pool was lovely. Perfect, quiet location next to the piazza Napoleone. The staff gave excellent advice about parking options and even booked the parking garage for us, good service!
Casa Paolina is like having your own appartment in Lucca. Big appartments, so and ideal place to go with groups of 4-6 people.Please be aware of opening times reception: 10am till 1 pm and 3pm till 6 pm.
