  The hotel was clean and comfortable and a lovely breakfast was provided. The staff were all friendly and polite. I was especially impressed with Lara. She was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel right at home.   Hotel was well located for visiting Lucca walled city. Close to shops and 10 mins taxi ride from the train station. Hotel staff were helpful and room was quite basic but clean and comfortable - Clean and value for money. Very close (15 mins) to entrance of walled city.
