  Good location on the outskirts of Florence if you have a car. The hotel was charming, with good sized rooms with a seperate living room and decent sized bathroom.   The rooms were spacious and clean. The elderly couple did not speak english but were very pleasant and tried their best to help. Only their daughter spoke English. She was very helpful with directions to Florence by bus and train. Amazing night view of Florence from our room.
