  The location was perfect and close to everything - 5 mins to metro stop, park around the corner, Spanish Steps 5 mins away. Very quiet location and no street noise (we had an inner courtyard room). Hotel staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations for dinners in the neighbourhood. We have a wonderful time there, and the receptionist was so helpful. To be honest all the staff was very nice and helpful. Not to forget the restaurant la terrazza briliant, with a veal to die for among other wonders. The one star Michelin is really well deserved.

  We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery.
