  It surpassed our expectations - very quiet and nicely appointed rooms. It was so convenient to everything, but yet it didn't feel like we were in the middle of crowded and noisy streets. The calibre of furnishing was very high and design features were beautiful. The rooms were quiet and private and I will certainly book Margutta 54 for a return visit to Rome.   Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.
