  We stayed for 4 nights in this B&B in their best room. It was very nice and clean, with an orthopedic bed (the mattress with a foam was not worse than my at home). Hotel manager had told he was going to replace windows with PVC double glass packs next week to make sleep even more comfortable.   This was my 4th visit to Rome. Owner was amazing. He was waiting for us at the reception when we arrived and we noticed that he did this for every single guest, no matter what time they arrived day or night. We stayed in the Blue room between my parents (sharing the Queen bed) and myself on the twin. Also the location is perfect for tourists because it was only 5min walk from Termini and we can use bus, metro or even trains. We bought a ticket of 11.00 euro per person which is valid for 3 days for bus metro and urban railway and it worth its money.

Then she accommodated our request to have our breakfast given to us before 8:30AM since we'd like to get out much earlier.   Peter was so helpful and friendly. He printed bus maps for us and was a wealth of information. He spoke French and English which worked for us.
