  I spent a very pleasant twelve nights here. The staff are charming, hospitable, and friendly, and all spoke good English. The room was clean, the bed fine. Breakfast was perfectly adequate.   Simone and Irene were absolutely lovely, nothing was a problem, meeting us from the airport car rental and finding a parking space for us near the b & B.   This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It was built in 1920 and has an Art Deco appearance with modern amenities. The bathroom has a large shower with new tiles, mirrors and sink.   The hotel is extremely close to the airport so we've got there really easily by walking in about 7-9 min with the sleepy kids and the luggages for our early morning flight. Staff was really friendly and they did helped us out with basic necessities like bottled water for the kids.   Very good location for someone arriving with a late flight at Pisa airport. The stuff of B&B Gate 52 was very helpful. Mr. Rocco was waiting for me and the baby at the airport even it was after midnight and this helped me a lot. The room was nice and clean, and the toilet clean and always available.
