  I spent a very pleasant twelve nights here. The staff are charming, hospitable, and friendly, and all spoke good English. The room was clean, the bed fine. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Wifi good and fast and even reached to my room, despite no suggestion that it would. Nice, cosy little bar/breakfast room by the lobby.   Simone and Irene were absolutely lovely, nothing was a problem, meeting us from the airport car rental and finding a parking space for us near the b & B.   It was placed perfectly, 5 mins from the train/bus station, 10 mins from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It's just off the main street in Pisa. We loved the room, it had great air conditioning. It is right outside the leaning tower and across the street to a bus stop for the city. They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

  My wife and I had a great time in this B&B. Location is great : you walk 20m and around the corner is this big fellow. The leaning tower of Pisa. Rooms and service are very good.
