  The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door. The proximity to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room. Would go back again!

  1 - The host was very nice. 2 - Breakfast was huge with warmed milk, homemade jam, homebaked cakes and many other things to eat. 3 - The penthouse was beautifully decorated with a morning sunshine balcony, olive plants, flowers, looking over half of the city and even the leaning tower.   The location was great opposite the railway station, however you heard no noise from the trains. The receptionist who booked us in was very friendly and accommodating and we were allowed to check in and our room was ready at 1100 hours in the morning. The rooms arnt amazing but then you get what u pay for. Brilliant for a quick stay in Pisa, the rooms were comfy - When I booked the hotel, I did not realised that there was not 24 hours reception service, but the member off staff was happy to wait for me until midnight, which was a massive help. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean, very good value for money. I also had breakfast included, which was fantastic and a very good start of the day. I was allowed to leave my luggage and collect it later. My overall experience with this hotel was very good. Thank you for a nice stay.

  Wonderful! We have stayed in a lot of hotels/B and B's in Europe and this was the best of all!! The staff was wonderful! No question was too big or small. We had a baby and 4 year old with us, and they were great with them. They put an extra twin and a crib in our room and we still had tons of room! Definitely a rarity in Europe.
