Great location. Very friendly staff. Late check out on day of departure, 2pm. Also able to leave bags in hotel until we had to go to the airport at 9pm. The hotel's staff was excellent and helpful every moment we need. Both the location of hotel - in the heart of the city - and the staff was the main reason for choose Hotel Lloyd. The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day.
The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom.
