Perfect for a budget friendly hotel for a couple nights. The room was
very clean, not as small as I was expecting, and the staff was
incredibly friendly and helpful. It was right around the corner from the
Duomo, so the location was great. Although not walking distance from the
train station, it's just a 5 minute, 10 Euro cab ride away. -

illicitly smoking. The manager felt bad about that and couldn't move

It s a great place to stay if ur going to be out in the city all day and just go to the hotel to sleep. The lady at the front desk doesnt speak english but other staff knows well. The doors close at 9pm. So you would be given a password to punch in when u get back to the hotel after 9pm. Good location cuz its right next to the tram station. Metro station is 15 minute walk. Very good hotel, breakfast included. Good localization - only 3min walking distance to the main street in Milan with famous shops. About 7min of walking to railway station (and bus station). Very quiet area, no problem with sleeping (no noises outside) which is a big plus in such a big city which never sleeps.
