Great location. Very friendly staff. Late check out on day of departure, 2pm. Also able to leave bags in hotel until we had to go to the airport at 9pm. I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.
