  We had a great time in this 'guest house', as it's not a hotel. We took a double room, it's was really new, clean and very well maintained. Breakfast buffet was opened for our access anytime during the day and night, but not to say that it's not to be abused, it's a small buffet but efficient. It's was perfectly located in the middle of everything - We stayed here for 8 days with our nine month old baby and we were very satisfied.   Location is just perfect. We have never used public transport. Everything is within walking distance. Next door restaurant (stair down) is marvelous. Highly recommended. We had a room with own separate bathroom. First impression was very confusing, however by the end of the fisrt day we used to our room and outside facilities. Wi-Fi was - Marco was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming. He helped us book tickets to the Vatican & allowed us to keep our room late as we had an evening flight. He is so friendly and willing to help in any way he can. The room was huge & well equipped. Toiletries were offered, free WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, A/C. It was very laid back and you could come and go when you pleased - more like you had your own apartment. The location was excellent too. Would definately stay there again.
